Strategic Partnership to Pioneer the Clean Energy Transition

Dr. Sumit Chameprasit, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SANYO S.M.I. (Thailand) Co., Ltd., has entered into a strategic collaboration with Mr. Teetan Chatthanapatavee and Mr. Chanmongkol Sukbai, executives of KENESIS, to launch a next-generation battery product into the market under the brand SANYO × KENESIS.

This partnership aims to develop clean energy battery innovations that deliver high performance, long service life, enhanced safety, and environmental sustainability. The products are designed to support a wide range of applications, including:

• Energy Storage Systems (ESS/BESS)
• Renewable energy integration
• Smart buildings
• Future energy solutions

In addition, SANYO S.M.I. has appointed KENESIS as a strategic partner and authorized representative to introduce and expand the battery products into the Indian market under the SANYO S.M.I. brand. This collaboration marks a significant step toward expanding business opportunities in the global clean energy sector while supporting long-term goals of Net Zero and a Sustainable Energy Ecosystem.
